90 Day Repairs Warranty:

Excludes user-related damages and user-related issues. Examples of user-related damages include but are not limited to corrosion, dents, chips and other external or internal damages that are deemed to be user inflicted. Nicotine and/or tar residue (as well as other forms of residue) caught inside of
a unit is considered user related damage, and the RMA will be declined.Examples of user related issues include but are not limited to, corrupted mp3 files, corrupted boot files (generally caused by a virus that attacks USB devices and corrupts boot files, therefore disabling your iPod from booting up even after repairs are made.) To ensure your issues are not user-related, please consult the Featured Support Topics for iPod + iTunes. Live support is also available to avoid user-related warranty claims. There will be a user-related fee of $29.00 for user-related warranty claims made.
