Your iPod may or may not retain the music during the diagnostic/repair process. If your iPod needs to be restored to factory settings, you will need to have your music backed up in iTunes or elsewhere. If this is not possible for you, our Music Recovery Service might be helpful. This service is not guaranteed because sometimes the damages to an iPod are too extensive, however if we aren’t able to recover your music, you will not be billed for it. ($39.99 for first 8.5 GB DVD, $4 for each additional DVD needed)
